We understand that many of our customers may currently be experiencing particularly difficult and uncertain circumstances, and we will therefore look to provide additional support during this time. We will continue to tailor our support to ensure that it is appropriate to each customer. In most cases, support will take the form of waiving fees, temporary reduction in repayments, or a repayment holiday.
