This is a commercial insurance arrangement with the governing body of the debt collection and debt purchase sector.

For over 10 years this scheme has provided members of all sizes with professional, independent, insurance advice.

For CSA members with a turnover below £1m we have introduced an exclusive modular insurance scheme, allowing members to select the most appropriate cover for their business, including, but not limited to:

• Professional Indemnity
• Cyber Insurance
• Property
• Business Interruption
• Employers Liability
• Public Liability and;
• Management Liability

For larger CSA members, or those with more complex needs, we construct specific individual insurance programmes.

Our technically precise approach, combined with our strategic procurement of insurance, means that we can often establish a more appropriate insurance programme to meet the demands and needs of the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) regulated business.

Alongside the insurance solutions for members, we also arrange the Association's own insurance.
