Our Key People

I joined UKGlobal Group in July 2016 to help create a national presence for the company by developing an insurance broking business that embraces progressive risk solutions whilst providing contemporary and competitive client service. I believe that personal responsibility, primacy of the clients’ interests, integrity, governance and the selection and development of staff underpins the venture. Together with Matt Bray, I am responsible for the culture and performance of the group.

I joined UKGlobal in 2017 as Group Chief Operating Officer and became Group Chief Executive Officer in April 2020. My background encompasses all aspects of insurance broking and I have a track record in building productive teams and moulding them into high growth businesses. I share responsibility for the successful running of the group trading companies with Nic Hamblin.

I have led the team at UKGlobal Risk Solutions since the 1990s as CEO. My sector specialisms include construction, banking, motor trade, pharmaceutical and life sciences, and hotel and leisure. I also have a passion for multinational risks.

I am a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years’ experience as a Finance Director across a number of organisations. I have been the Group Finance Director since 2013 and I am responsible for the Group’s finance and various support functions.
